Pressure bleeding in a professional automotive shop is recommended. Pressure bleed system, Disconnect pressure bleeder and actuate system. Pressure bleed again if needed.
If pressure bleeding is not possible follow directions below using a friends help:
1. Fill master cylinder reservoir with clean brake fluid. Put a clear hose on the right rear caliper bleeder nipple and route hose into a cup. 2. Push brake pedal down. (slowly about 3 times to build pressure) 3. Open bleeder screw on right wheel caliper. (observe air bubbles coming out) 4. Actuate staging brake handle. Hold. 5. Close bleeder screw on the right caliper and then repeat above steps until there is no visible air coming through the bleeder. 7. Repeat for the left side, and repeat process until all air is out of the system.
the other brands out there are rickety pices of sh*t & ours is bombproof. When it comes to your brake system, dont mess around ~ lol ~ seriously though, ours has alot of great fretures such as the wilwood cylinder giving more line pressure, the huge handle with grip is built to last & feels great, adjustable handle angle and stop points, delrin bushings keep everything tight and smooth, heim joint actuation, & a very strong steel case and tranny tunnel reinforcement.
I have friends with both the k-sport and CNC, the k-sport didnt work so that guy sold it, and the CNC works, but it is all janky with a skinny handle that rattles around and the bolt on install just makes the tranny tunnel flex.
haha I have the cnc one. but I did get to play with them both and you can tell the PSM is built light years better. especially that willwood cylinder, it means business and dan couldn't be more right about the cnc being janky. It's like someone made it out of a 3 rulers taped together.
