Intercoolers, couplers, and clamps have arrived. Only thing left to do is to make the pipes to apply to S13&S14 KAT and SR.

I have a car for S14 design already.

Still need a car to mock up S13 - Must have bottom mount turbo. Holler if you want to donate your time to our cause.

We should have kits ready to ship sometime in august.

Key features of our drift specific High Mount Intercooler Kit:
~Mounts in front of the radiator, under the core support. Inlet and outlet shoot past the sides of the radiator.
~2.5"inlet and 2.75"outlet maintain proper velocity (3" pipes are too big for stock turbos)
~3.25" thick, extra wide core gives proper volume to the short height design
~Specifically designed for the bottom mount t25&t28 nissan turbos
~Extra short pipes for best response
~No BOV flange (we dont run them on our cars...TIG your choice of flange is optional)
~Allows better water cooling because it blocks less air from the radiator
~Mounts as far as possible away from front crash zone...and thieves...and cops
-Black intercooler core is optional
-Reinforced silicone couplers are available in Orange or Black.
S14 kit will have:
8x Stainless T-bolt clamps
2x 2.75" straight couplers
1x 2.5" straight coupler
1x 2"-2.5" step 90* coupler

S13 kit will have:
8x Stainless T-bolt clamps
2x 2.75" straight couplers
1x 2.5" straight coupler
1x 2"-2.5" step 45* coupler

s14-15 install & pipe fab

AC stuff out of the car saves 30 pounds

the new intercooler weighs around the same as the old fmic but the pipes are less than half the length

test fit

here is the metal that needs cut

cold pipe

hot pipe

Pipes and HMIC mounted






still need to add bungs

also we're going to build an inlet pipe to compliment this kit

Made some design changes on the end tanks to make a more solid mount and to give more head light clearance.



Added bung for large cold pipe vaccum line

Changed the inlet and outlet pipe length and angles




still need s13 and s14 local customers for more test fitting

Were finished with the S14/15 development. Still need an S13 in the shop to do that application.
Here are the final pix.







I need to track test this still, im planning on seeing low water temps, and instant boost response, cant wait!

So if I wanted to put this back a little farther and move the radiator back, I could just trim the intercooler pipes, right?

I guess so assuming you are using electric fans and feel like doing extra work, but the OEM fan is best IMO
